Members of the Alleanza Slow Food, part of the largest Slow Food family, want to return to “telling local territories and cultures, with the help of a cuisine spreading knowledge, beauty and pleasure“.
The restaurateurs declare themselves ready to fight the actual low price policy that caused loss of biodiversity, erosion of the territory, pollution, abandonment of rural areas, food waste and exploitation of work. Alleanza make a series of requests for agricultural products produced in local supply chains, with particular attention to organic and biodynamic ones.
