Bortolomiol created a limited edition Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Docg (eight thousand bottles), to celebrate the 70th birthday of the historic winery founded in 1949 by Giuliano Bortolomiol, considered the inventor of Prosecco Brut. The wine is produced with grapes harvested entirely by hand in a single vineyard and enhances the extreme characteristics of an impervious territory such as that of the ‘Rive’.
The wine reveals delicate and elegant olfactory notes reminiscent of Jasmine florals ones with fruity hints of green apple. The personal tactile complexity leaves free initiative for creating gastronomic pairings with risotto with wild herbs as well as seasonal seafood.
