During the long quarantine imposed by Coronavirus, wellness should be sought in the Mediterranean diet and physical training.
“It is even more necessary to eat properly today. More than ever a wrong diet could weaken us. Our advice is to combine the beneficial properties of fruits, vegetables with carbohydrates and proteins, without forgetting that food is also taste and pleasure” says the Istituto Valorizzazione Salumi Italiani (Italian Charcuterie Enhancement Institute).
The Institute also remember that it is possible to train at home, through free body exercises and household items, which can replace gyms weights and tools.
